Ordering & Delivery

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney-based facility in Australia.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped via Australia Post Express, most deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
Yes — as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. International delivery is not available at this time.
If your parcel doesn’t show up within the expected timeframe, get in touch. We offer a guaranteed reship at no extra cost if your package is lost in transit.
We are unable to provide refunds for shipping delays or lost parcels. However, if your parcel has been confirmed lost by our carrier, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Product Details

Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For extended storage, refrigeration is recommended.
Once you have reconstituted your peptides, you should store them in refrigerated conditions. Reconstituted peptides will last a minimum of 4 weeks under these storage conditions
