At Origin Labs Co, we take pride in ensuring fast, secure, and discreet shipping for all research-grade products from our Melbourne, Australia fulfilment location.

Please review the following shipping terms before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing times may extend during peak periods or restock cycles.
Once dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all products in that order are in stock.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post for reliable nationwide coverage.
Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Origin Labs Co guarantees dispatch, not delivery. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery errors outside our control.
Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation has been received.

3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to product names or the nature of the contents.

All peptide products are carefully packaged to remain protected throughout transit.

As all products are supplied as lyophilised powder, temperature-controlled shipping is not required under normal shipping conditions.

We prioritise customer privacy and discretion throughout the shipping process.

4. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate: $14.95 AUD (Australia Post)
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $200 AUD.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post but you have not received it, you must contact Australia Post directly to lodge an investigation.
Origin Labs Co is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by the courier or third-party logistics.
- Parcels lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed collection, the buyer may be required to pay a reshipment fee.

6. International Shipping

Origin Labs Co currently ships within Australia only.

International orders are not supported due to regulatory and customs restrictions.

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Products listed with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) are classified as pre-orders.

Estimated dates are approximate and subject to change based on supplier schedules and import logistics.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all products are available.
Customers will be notified via email if delays exceed the stated ETA.

8. Lost or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, customs rejection, or failure to collect, Origin Labs Co will contact the customer to arrange redelivery.

A redelivery fee may apply. Refunds are not issued for parcels returned due to customer error.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Origin Labs Co is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Our responsibility ends when the tracking status indicates that the parcel has been accepted by the courier.
